We stock a range of flat or pleated panel filters in three locations for prompt and convenient response to your needs.

Our Aluminium and stainless steel panel filters are user servicable, the non-woven media is washable and replaceable. We also accept and offer a media replacement service in three NZ locations.

AL11 & AL22 - Aluminum framed flat panel filters

ISO Coarse 40% - ISO Coarse 75% ISO 16890 / G2 - G4 EN779:2012

AL11 & AL22 serviceable flat panel filters are great for minimising the waste often associated with filter maintenance.
Available stocked in various panel sizes, as well as custom sized to match any existing filter terminal. We can fit a range of filter materials from G2 - to M5 including also Flyscreen mesh & Vilene.

Standard panel sizes range from 300mm x 300mm to 600mm x 600mm with 11 or 22mm thick frames. Larger(including hinged) and smaller sizes are available on special request.

AL50 - Aluminum framed pleated panel filters

ISO Coarse 40% - ISO Coarse 75% ISO 16890 / G2 - G4 EN779:2012

The AL50 pleated panel filters allow for higher airflows and a more compact filterbank arrangement.

Convenient standard panel sizes are available with 50mm thick frames.

Mats can be washed or changed at the end of service life without disposing of the frame, saving costs in servicing.

We can fit a range of filter materials from G2 - to M5 including Flyscreen mesh & Vilene.

EM - Stainless steel flat panel filters

For environments where aluminium and plastic are unnacceptable, use our EM stainless steel filters.

These EM filters are user serviceable, with washable and replaceable filter material.

EM filters are made to order, available in custom sizes and with a variety of filter materials including flyscreen mesh.

EM series filters offer the ultimate long service life, for not just the media, but also the filter frame.

FMP - Stainless steel framed pleated panel filters

FMP filters are excellent for higher airflow applications and reduce the filterbank size and offer the ultimate long service life, helping to reduce running costs.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel the FMP pleated panel filters are designed for applications where aluminium and plastic are unnacceptable, these filters are fully user serviceable, with washable and replaceable filter material.

These filters are made to order, available in custom sizes and with a variety of filter materials including flyscreen mesh.

Applications

• Air handler units, fan coils, air intakes and louvres
• High humidity or aggressive applications.
• Preﬁlter for pocket ﬁlter
